So yesterday, I contemplated what I would eat for breakfast. I wanted something light.
I decided on strawberries and a new yogurt that I bought at Trader Joes last week. The strawberries were naturally sweet which made me happy! I hate bitter strawberries!
The yogurt is a bananna and vanilla mix. I wasn’t sure that I would like it because I am not a fan of bananas but it was quite good.
This breakfast was very energizing and it got my day off to a great start!
Strawberries are a great source of antioxidants, and yogurt gives your body natural bacteria.
Who says that eating healthy takes a lot of time or thought? Try it, if this combination is a little too light for you simply add a granola bar or granola pieces to your yogurt.
So, I am going to spice this blog up a bit. Hopefully you all will like and be accepting of the changes. The content that I post will continue to include dating and relationship advice. However, I will also be sharing business and professional advice too! You will also see fashion and lifestyle blogs as well. This will be the first of many. I am really excited about it, and I hope that you are too!
My sister and I were hanging out yesterday, and she gave me a little make-over. By changing up my hair and giving me bright purple lips she gave me a look that boosted my confidence and gave me a new vibe. If you take the time to add a little something special to your look it will boost your confidence and make you feel great about yourself. It is also simply a lot of fun! This show has been around for more than 5 years. Although, it can still be watched with new weekly videos on YouTube, Ask Chauntelhas expanded and become more than just the YouTube show that you watch. It provides advice, education, coaching, and consulting to individuals and groups, through online videos, seminars, trainings, individual coaching, and group consulting. 90% of the YouTube Show is conducted in a question and answer format, which normally includes a codename, age, and state/country of the individual asking the question. Chauntel reads the question then offers a heart-felt no-nonsense response. The type of advice that Chauntel gives is the type you would expect from a good friend who is willing to tell you the truth even if it hurts. Chauntel is the type of friend that you need in your life, and she wants you to become apart of her community(Follow the Blog, Subscribe to the Newsletter, Subscribe to the Youtube, Like the Facebook Page, Follow Her on Twitter, etc.). Not only can you ask a question, but you can also give advice to those viewers sharing their stories. The show’s topics currently surround life advice: dating, romance, relationships, family, fashion, and education. The show will soon expand and will grow to include advice and tips for small business and professionals.
